With 19 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare operations — including 6 years as Director of Operations in a hospital, 5 years in an assisted living facility, and 8 years as Vice President of Operations in a specialized hospital — I bring deep, practical expertise in workforce management, regulatory compliance, training programs, documentation systems, and operational efficiency.

I currently hold the Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) credential and am completing the 900-hour requirement for the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license at a New Jersey facility that includes post-acute care, memory care, assisted living, and rehabilitation.

This hands-on background allows TSI Healthcare to extend TSINJ.org’s educational mission into intelligent AI tools designed specifically for the real-world challenges faced by assisted living teams every day.
